Design of a testing system for a large-range piezoelectric force sensor based on LabVIEW

Aiming at the calibration experiment of piezoelectric sensor, a high-precision piezoelectric sensor test system is designed, based on LabVIEW software development platform. The hardware composition and software design flow of the test system is described. The calibration experiment is performed. The monitoring platform is built by LabVIEW, which has the functions of a waveform image display, real-time data display, storage and playback. It improves the accuracy of data acquisition and facilitates the later data processing, and accurately displays the voltage output signal of a piezoelectric sensor.
