Development of Exhaust Control Method of Fixed Anode X-ray Tube Based on BP-PID Algorithm

Due to the nonlinearity of the filament emission, it is difficult to achieve an ideal control effect utilizing traditional PID algorithm in the exhaust process of the fixed anode X-ray tube. This paper proposes a fixed anode X-ray tube exhaust control method based on the BP-PID algorithm which uses the learning ability of the neural network to auto-adjust the PID control parameters. The proposed method was applied in actual industrial scenarios. The PLC programming results of exhaust process using BP-PID algorithm show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and achieves better control effects compared with PID algorithm.
