Design of the mechanism of power generation side discharge under multi period coupling

In recent years, China's rapid economic development has put forward new requirements for power marketization. A new round of power system reform has begun. With the rapid development of renewable energy and the steady progress of power spot market, the clearing process of power spot market needs to consider flexibility constraints such as maximum and minimum output of units, climbing constraints and start-up and stop constraints, It makes it possible for power producers to use flexibility constraints to exercise market power. However, under the existing market trading mechanism, the proportion of peak to valley electricity is not coordinated, which needs to be studied urgently. Based on the above background, this paper first combs the background and significance of the research on electricity purchase and sale transaction, as well as the research status at home and abroad, to lay a theoretical foundation and research scope for the follow-up research. Secondly, the paper studies the multi period coupling clearing mechanism, focusing on the construction of high-low matching clearing model. By limiting the generation side trading, it guides users to use more power in the flat section and valley section, and less power in the peak section and peak section. Finally, through the deviation assessment mechanism, the positive deviation of users in the peak period and the negative deviation in the trough period are assessed. The research results show that this clearing mechanism can effectively improve the problem of peak valley power ratio disharmony.
