Effects of Moisture and Oxygen on the Morphology Evolution of Electrospinning Woven

Electrospinning is an effective method for preparing nanofibers, which can be widely used in different fields, such as: biomedical materials, drug release, filter materials. In this study, we used polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP 1,300,000 Mw), alcohol, dimethylformamide and SiO
₂
as precursor solutions. After the precursor solution is fully stirred, tetrabutyl titanate and hydrochloric acid are added and mixed thoroughly. N anofibers are prepared by single-needle electrospinning, and then the fibers are allowed to stand in different time and humidity environments, and finally subjected to high-temperature heating treatment to prepare a film. The motivation for selecting materials is that SiO
₂
has stable chemical and physical properties and is easy to obtain. Therefore, we choose SiO
₂
as the carrier of the precursor solution. Since Si-Ti-based compounds suitable for photovoltaic materials have good optical, electrical and chemical properties, tetrabutyl titanate is added to form a fiber structure. After high-temperature heating treatment, it can be transformed into a film. It has also been observed that before annealing, the sample will affect the film formation after being allowed to stand at different humidity and time. The samples were tested by multifunctional field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and thermodynamic analysis (TMA). Hundred grid test and contact angle tester to analyze the performance of nanofiber membrane.
