Design and Implementation of Resource Scheduling Training and Assessment System for the TT&C Network

Based on the business characteristics of the TT&C network resource scheduling and the actual training needs of personnel. Firstly elaborated the requirements and typical scenarios of the training and assessment system. Then designed the overall system architecture, process of training and assessment. Finally probed into the key technologies such as Razor view engine, Ajax and NTP. The system has good interface design and fairly perfect functions, which can meet the actual needs. The system has been proved in practical application to be able to effectively improve the personnel ability and training efficiency.
