Simulation of Near-Surface Propagation of Powerful Electromagnetic Pulse Based on Spherical coordinates

It is necessary to study the propagation of the powerful electromagnetic pulse in the near-surface space because most of the electronic systems are located on the ground. Usually, it is complicated to separate the ground from the air using different coordinate systems. Based on spherical coordinates, a physical model of powerful electromagnetic pulse propagation in near-surface space is established, and the correct of algorithm is proved by an analytical example. Finally, the regularity of powerful electromagnetic pulse propagation in near-surface space is given according to Bell source waveform.
