External Acceleration Noise Control of Electric Vehicles Based on Sound Intensity Measurement Method

In order to solve the problems of high error rate and long time consumption existing in traditional electric vehicles external acceleration noise control methods, this paper designed a new electric vehicles external acceleration noise control method based on sound intensity measurement method. The sound intensity measurement method was used to identify the external acceleration noise parameters of electric vehicles, such as sound intensity, sound pressure, sound work and sound level. According to the result of noise parameter identification, a three-chamber combined Helmholtz resonant cavity is designed, and the intake muffler is inserted into the intake pipe behind the air filter, so as to achieve the goal of external acceleration noise control of electric vehicles. The experimental results show that the external acceleration noise intensity of electric vehicles is always between 3dB-8dB, the maximum control error rate is 2.7%, and the minimum control time is 1.25s, indicating that the noise control error rate of this method is low, the time is short, and the control effect is better.
