Research and Implementation of Automatic Cutlery Recognition Method Based on X-ray Security Inspection Image

In view of the current situation that the judgment and recognition of cutlerys under X-ray security inspection devices still rely on naked eye recognition, this topic will use wavelet transform to extract image edges and realize image segmentation based on the characteristics of X-ray security inspection images. By comparing the imaging effect of the cutlery and the non-cutlery object under X-ray, the characteristic elements of the cutlery shape are defined. According to the cutlery morphological feature extraction method of this subject, the feature element extraction is completed, and the method of combining decision tree and random forest is used for cutlery recognition. In the process of setting up the automatic cutlery recognition system, the data acquisition and transmission system of the X-ray security inspection equipment was designed to improve the resolution of the formed gray image and expand the gray range of the image to improve the accuracy of the image data. Finally, in order to visually display the detection effect of the cutlery recognition verification system, the MFC function library is used to build a display interface to display the original image of the actual detection object and the recognition result.
