Risk Assessment of University-Enterprise Collaborative R&D Project Based on HHM-RFRM

Collaborative R&D has become the mainstream mode of R&D. University-enterprise collaborative R&D is an activity that integrates the talents, funds, equipment, technology, information and other factors of two sides, which is a relatively large-scale and complex system with many risk factors. In order to identify and assess the risks of university-enterprise collaborative R&D, a multidimensional risk measurement model based on the ideas and methodologies of Hierarchical Holographic Modeling (HHM) and Risk Filtering, Ranking and Management Framework (RFRM) is built. By identifying the possible risk factors, and screening, filtering and sorting the risk factors, cost control risks, organizational coordination risks, technical capability risks and intellectual property risks are identified as extremely high risks. According to the results, the countermeasures and suggestions for risk management are put forward, it will provide reference advice for the smooth completion and in-depth promotion of collaborative R&D projects, and ensure the steady, good and rapid development of university-enterprise collaborative R&D projects.
