The Influence of Electric Heating Equipment on the Load Characteristics of Jilin Province

To promote renewable energy development, a number of wind energy heating projects have been implemented in Northeast China. This paper presents the electricity demands of Jilin Province and analyzes the current development status of electric heating loads. Secondly, according to load characteristic indexes, the differences of load characteristics in Jilin Province between the heating period and the non-heating period are analyzed. Thirdly, the temporal distribution characteristics of electric heating loads are investigated. Finally, the Pearson coefficient is used to analyze the factors that affect the user's electric heating demand, which provides a useful reference for power grid dispatching considering couplings of electric and heating loads.
