Design and Analysis of Tortoise Shaped Quadband Antenna For C & Ku – Band Applications

This paper concentrates on bandwidth enhancement of antenna using square Koch fractal (SKF) and Babinet's principle. A quadband transmission line feed tortoise shaped microstrip patch antenna with optimized self – similar slotted ground structure is proposed for C – band (4–8GHz) and Ku – band (12–18GHz) applications. The overall size of proposed antenna is
