Research on attitude measurement method based on MEMS sensor

The navigation precision of MEMS NAV is affected by the precision of MEMS inertial devices, and the quantification of sensor signals is also an important factor. In this paper, a new orientation method based on MEMS sensor is proposed. Under the condition of nearly uniform motion of the carrier ,MEMS inertial sensor is used to collect the signal and improve the orientation accuracy of the carrier by quantifying the sensor signal with high precision. The measurement precision is analyzed by experiments to meet the requirements of low cost and miniaturization.
