Research on the Measurement of Fatigue Crack Propagation Based on DCPD Method

This paper starts with the DCPD method, builds the DCPD crack growth test system hardware circuit, and carries on the system design on this basis. The DPCD measurement system was used to test and verify the crack growth of 316L under low cycle fatigue. The results show that the system is functionally stable and accurately on-line measuring the crack growth rate, and can be used in different corrosion environments.
