GA Optimized SHE and Proportional Resonant Controller Tuned Integration of Solar PV to the AC Grid using Packed U Cell Inverter

The design and control of an asymmetrical flying capacitor MLI are presented and discussed in the paper. A PR control technique is designed for the proper integration of the photovoltaic sources with the AC grid. Firstly, a description of the investigated topology (packed U cell five-level (PUC5)) is presented in the paper, and then the PR control technique is discussed. A 3
