Deep Peak Shaving Model of Fire-storage Combination under High Permeability Wind Power Conditions

In order to promote the establishment of Jilin Province about clean energy and solve the problem of new energy consumption of wind power, the requirement of deep peak regulation of thermal power units is urgent. In the case of high permeability wind power grid connected, the economic analysis of the joint operation of thermal power plant and thermal power plant with additional energy storage equipment. A double layer model is set up. The upper model is the energy storage model and the lower level model is the optimization model of thermal power units participating in peak load regulation auxiliary service market. The upper and lower levels interact with each other. Firstly, the difference between the predicted output and the actual output of wind power is suppressed by using the flexible peak shaving capacity of energy storage, and then the net load curve is transferred to the lower model. The lower model obtains the initial unit combination scheme according to the net load curve. But the thermal power units are in deep peak load regulation, so the unit combination scheme is not ideal. The output of deep peak load regulation is fed back to the upper model. According to the remaining energy storage capacity, the upper model can assist the thermal power peak shaving and avoid the cost of oil input, and get a new load curve to continue to transmit to the lower level. The lower model obtains the final unit combination scheme according to the latest net load curve. The six-machine system is simulated and analyzed in three different scenarios of deep peak shaving. The final conclusion shows that energy storage plays an important role in improving wind curtailment and increasing the profit of thermal power in peak load regulation auxiliary service market.
