Low Voltage Transformer Topology Identification Method Based on De-noised Differential Evolution

It is crucial to ensure the correctness of transformer archives in power consumption information acquisition system. To provide efficient, convenient and economic technology for transformer archives identification, a de-noised differential evolution based method is proposed in this paper, with which the topology identification can be automatically implemented only using the power consumption information. First, the local outlier factor method is applied to eliminate the noise samples of transformer meter data. Then, the differential evolution algorithm is employed to determine meters for each transformer. The proposed method is applied to analyze the practical power consumption data, and the results of topology identification show the effectiveness of this method.
