Research and Implementation of Verification and Control of IEC61850 Model Files

According to the problems in information mode of secondary equipment in substation, the combination of model file verification and control is proposed. In the aspect of model verification, we use classification and structure verification script to check the syntax and semantics of model and data type template. In the aspect of model control, model version comparison can detect the conflicts of model configurations in different version and different period. Through the analysis of report and model structure, verification methods have been collected to form a solution library, which provides example guidance for users to solve model problems, and also provides method selection for automatic error correction of model files. Automatic error correction realizes automatic correction of model file configuration. This design improves the flexibility and automation of the model verification tool. The tool has been successfully applied in practical engineering.
