Research on Data Processing Algorithms for Two-factor Accelerated Storage Test of Initiating Explosives

Taking the PECK model as the temperature and humidity two-factor acceleration model, the calculation method of the parameters in the model is studied. The calculation program for the data processing method of the two-factor accelerated storage test of pyrotechnics is developed, and the advantages and disadvantages of two calculation methods are compared. Using the test data of an electric explosive device under different temperature and humidity accelerated storage conditions, the model parameters are calculated, and its two-factor acceleration coefficient is obtained. The results show that the multi-group data fitting method in the temperature and humidity two-factor accelerated storage test data processing algorithm is more compatible with the test data than the single-group data calculation method. The reaction rate constant of the humidity item of the explosive is between 1.5 and 2.0, which is consistent with the conclusion in the literature that the humidity term reaction rate constant of different materials ranges from 1 to 5.
