Response analysis of servo system based on PI controller

With the strong national defense force, the stationariness of the land combat system is an important guarantee of the entire national defense force, especially the stability of vehicle-mounted weapons appears to be more and more important, in the process of movement, the real-time stability of the system is an important guarantee of the entire vehicle-mounted system. This article mainly aims at the on-line setting parameters in the operation of the complex system of PI control, this paper introduces a kind of time-invariant systems based self-tuning PID control system design scheme, system model in metal smelting industry as the research object, the lag in series to the stability of the system calibration, data calculation and Matlab do Simlink model simulation, the simulation diagram of data results show that the system in the movement process after correction with 2.2 seconds to be steady equilibrium point in the system, is faster than before correction for almost 5 seconds, so correction system to achieve the fast response control of servo system.
