Automatic Generation of Art Exhibitions from the Internet Resources

We have developed an application with which a user enters a query to search favorite artworks, it then downloads the artwork data on the internet, and automatically displays them in a virtual museum with real-time 3D computer graphics where the user can freely walkthrough and enjoy. This time, we built the application using the service of the Metropolitan Museum of Art releasing more than 400,000 pieces of artwork data with metadata for free. By doing this, we have made a concrete step toward our final goal to produce flexible and personalized virtual museums in a procedural method.
