An Efficient Sequential Method for Predictive Maintenance of Equipment Health

In this paper, a more practical and efficient predictive maintenance sequential method for equipment/component is proposed, including feature design and selection of fault diagnosis, data dimensionality reduction and feature fusion, fault detection and diagnosis, as well as remaining useful life estimation. Then, the gear degradation data generated by the gearbox model constructed by Simulink module is used to verify the proposed method.
