Intelligent Maintenance Decision System for High Speed Loader Executing Agencies Based on FT A and FEMCA

Executing mechanism is the core system of highspeed loader, its performance directly affects the efficiency of high-speed loader. Based on the logical relationship between the failure of various parts and components and the system of the high-speed loader execution mechanism, this paper draws a fault tree, which visually represents the transmission path of each possible failure. Through FMECA method, the harmfulness of each bottom failure is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and an intelligent maintenance decision system based on inference machine and knowledge base is designed for the execution mechanism of the high-speed loader. The decision-making of diagnosis and maintenance of obstacles provides basis and means.
