Transmission Line Pulse (TLP) Statistical Characterization Approach

In this work a methodology to properly define design guidelines by means of TLP statistical data analysis is presented, avoiding overdesign and failures for products. Using a fully automated TLP set-up, a large amount of characterization data is collected. This information can be used to drive an advanced optimization of ESD protections.
