The Suitability of the Location of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at BP Batam Hospital

The location of the new WWTP placement at BP Batam Hospital considers several factors that are used as parameters to determine the location of the WWTP. This study uses an overlay analysis with scoring method where the scoring process is carried out in each classification by giving the appropriate weights and values by classifying each parameter. The results obtained are in the form of a WWTP land suitability map with a land area of 0.16 Ha with a water capacity of 100 m

/ day. For the processing of wastewater, the location of land suitability in the BP Batam Hospital area can be categorized as a very suitable area This is the result of slope for IPAL locations with specifications of 16-25% as flat areas which are of good density in the drainage of waste with a piping system.
