Digital Management Platform of Power Grid Infrastructure Based on Intelligent Construction Site

In order to solve the problems of weak supervision and poor regulation in power grid infrastructure projects and improve the intelligence level of on-site management, we built a digital management platform based on intelligent construction site in combination with the actual development of infrastructure business. Combining computer technology and Internet of Things application, with RFID data collection technology, ZigBee wireless network technology and video monitoring, we are able to achieve real-time location of site construction personnel, equipment and materials, timely find the missing abnormal behaviors, realize the joint action of automatic supervision facilities, and improve the speed of emergency response and incident disposal. By changing passive management to active intelligent management, the management level and efficiency of construction site are effectively improved. At the same time, through the integration with the power grid Building Information Modeling (BIM) system, project information and basic data can be combined to construct an information sharing, integrated and comprehensive site management and decision support platform, so as to realize the maximization of project management efficiency and economic benefits.
