Emotional Analysis of Netizens Based on Big Data of Network Petition

Through the time statistical analysis of the big data of complaint reporting, the change law of complaint reporting time is obtained. Through the analysis of netizen emotion on the big data of complaint reporting, the distribution and proportion change of the emotion such as joy, good, anger, sorrow, fear, evil and shock in the complaint reporting are understood. It is found that the proportion of positive emotion is greater than that of negative emotion.
