Research on the Application of Adaptive Height Morphological Filtering in the Fault Identification of Gearbox Bearings in the Quantum Domain

In order to solve the problem of neglecting the local characteristics and kernel information of signal when the fixed value element processes the signal uniformly in morphological filtering, an adaptive high morphological filtering algorithm based on the quantum domain is proposed and applied to the fault diagnosis of gearbox bearings. According to the uniqueness of the local geometric characteristics of the vibration signal, the algorithm quantizes the pulse signal, adjusts the height of the control structure element adaptively with the change of the signal itself, synthesizes the difference filter, and realizes the fine noise reduction of the fault signal. The experimental results show that this method can measure and modify the geometric characteristics of the signal more precisely, improve the ability of non-linear, non-stationary noise reduction and strengthen the fault signal.
