Research on Microgrid Dispatch Considering the Charge and Discharge Strategy of Electric Vehicles

With the rapid development of electric vehicles and microgrid technology at home and abroad, the connection between them has become increasingly close, so studying the charging and discharging strategies of electric vehicles is of great significance to the optimal operation of microgrids. A microgrid energy optimal scheduling method considering electric vehicle charging and discharging strategies is proposed in this paper. First, based on the driving characteristics of electric vehicles and the charging and discharging strategy implemented by the microgrid to electric vehicles, the load model of electric vehicles under both disordered charging and ordered charging and discharging is established. Then, considering operating costs and pollution control costs, a microgrid energy optimal scheduling model considering the charging and discharging strategies of electric vehicles is established. Finally, through an example with electric vehicles, the objective function is solved with two operating strategies. The calculation shows that when electric vehicles are connected to the microgrid in an orderly charge and discharge according to the time of use price, it will effectively reduce the peak-valley difference and the cost of electricity used by users, and it is beneficial to environmental governance.
