Anchored Bootstrap

A new bootstrap algorithm is proposed. Unlike in the naive bootstrap, we assume that objects form a certain geometric configuration, are fixed in the Euclidean space ("anchored"), and their relative positions cannot be changed. This model embraces the time series, molecular sequences, and many other situations.
