Analysis of the Main Components of the Error of Measuring Systems Based on Acousto-Optical Converters in an Interferometer

The relevance of this study devoted to measuring systems based on acousto-optical converters in an interferometer is substantiated. The analysis of the main components of the error of measuring systems based on acousto-optical converters in the interferometer. The prospects of research on the development of measuring systems based on acousto-optical converters in an interferometer, as well as the insufficient attention paid to the analysis of the main components of the error of measuring systems based on acousto-optical converters in an interferometer, have been established. The need for research in this area is formulated. The basic materials for measuring systems based on acousto-optical converters in an interferometer are considered. In order to identify ways to reduce the errors of the acousto-optical converters in the interferometer (AOCI), the work performed their classification and study of the individual components of the errors. This is very important given that, as was noted above, AOCI are a relatively new type of displacement transducers.
