Functionality Assessment of Software System using Fuzzy Approach

The acceptance or rejection of any software depends on the quality of the software. Numerous factors have an impact on its quality. Functionality of the software is one of them which lead to significant impact on the software quality. To evaluate the functionality of any software system is a tedious job. It incurs the cost, takes efforts as well as time. This research paper proposes a fuzzy model to evaluate the functionality of the system. Fuzzy aspect handles the uncertainty and complex decision problems very well. An object oriented system has been chosen for experimental purpose in this research paper.
