Continuous-Wave 6-dB-Squeezed Vacuum State of Light from Optical Parametric Amplifier with THz-Order Bandwidth

-shaped continuous-wave 6-dB-squeezed light was obtained from a single-mode periodically poled ZnO:LiNbO
₃
waveguide with a 2.5-THz optical-parametric-amplification bandwidth. The results will lead to the development of high-speed on-chip optical quantum processors with time-domain multiplexing.
