Design and Application of Studying Assistant Device for Plane Filing

In the process of plane filing, the hands postures are important to determine the quality of workpieces. However, it is difficult for the beginners to master the correct hands postures at the beginning. This paper analyzes the basic technical requirements for plane filing and lists improper postures. Then, a studying assistant device for plane filing is designed. The working principle and using method of the device are described. Finally, the data of improper postures of plane filing for beginners are analyzed by using the device.
