Spatial Color-Perceived Data Control of 3D-TLC NAND Flash for Image Dectection

This paper proposes Spatial Color-Perceived Data Control (SCP-DC) of 3D-TLC NAND flash for image detection with three proposals: Pixel Memory Consistency, Spatial- Perceived Data Modulation and Color-Conscious Data Modulation. By combining three proposals, 3D-TLC flash BER deceases by 82.7% and image recognition accuracy increases by 5.1%.
