Research on Physical Exercise of College Students Based on the Data Analysis of Scale

With the diversification of college students' daily exercise methods, it is not clear whether the exercise forms of college students affect their physical quality in the evaluation of college students' physical quality. In this paper, 353 college students were studied, through the design of KAP questionnaire to exercise knowledge, belief, attitude evaluation, through SF-36 scale to evaluate the quality of life of college students, and through SPSS software to evaluate the correlation. Through the correlation analysis, it is found that students' exercise beliefs have a certain impact on the quality of life. In addition, through the analysis of gender differences, the nature of household registration and grade have an impact on the quality of life of male and female college students. Therefore, in view of the improvement of college students' physical quality, we can focus on special groups of students according to their gender.
