New FIR laser lines in CD3OH

In this communication we report laser action in CD
3
OH optically pumped by a regular continuous wave CO
2
laser. We have made laser wavelength, optimum pressure of the gas, relative polarization and intensity measurements of 135 FIR laser lines, 69 of which observed by the first time.
