Network Quality Assessment and Optimization Method for Terminal Communication Access Networks

Network quality assessment is an important means to optimize network topology, reduce network construction costs and improve network operation quality. For the network quality assessment, most of the existing evaluation index systems are only for the two layers of the physical layer, the network layer and the business layer, and there is no comprehensive evaluation method covering three levels. In order to solve the above problems, the key indicators that affect the reliability of the service are firstly analyzed in depth. Secondly, the network quality assessment model is established, and the weight of the indexes is obtained by using the neural network algorithm to achieve a comprehensive and effective evaluation of the optical network. Through simulations, the proposed Network quality assessment and optimization method can improve the utilization rate of optical cable resources and the ring-forming rate of the site, reduce the network construction costs, ensure the network reliability, and improve the working efficiency.
