Theoretical Analysis of Interference Effect in Multilayer Medium

In order to discuss the transmission characteristic of electromagnetic wave in multilayer medium, three-layer medium model is constructed in this paper. Based on physics process of interaction between electromagnetic wave and medium, we deduced the integrated expression of refection coefficient and transmission coefficient. According to the calculation of conversation of energy of electromagnetism, the correctness of the expression is testified. It is proved that the reflected wave and transmission wave are mixed with innumerability echoes, and its energy is the summation of these echoes' energy, but not the energy of the summation of echoes. So there is no real sense of total transmission.
