Using the Uniform and Gaussian Distribution of Frequencies for the Analysis of Broadband Dielectric Relaxation Spectra

Dielectric spectroscopy is an important method for studying many materials using in electronic technology. This method allows study physical processes, which determine certain properties of materials, what is needed when developing new electronics components. In many cases experiments show that the spectrum of dielectric dispersion is broadened, because these dielectrics have polar complexes characterized by different relaxation times. To describe such spectra, in this work, we use the distribution of relaxing complexes not in time but in the frequency band, and we use not usual empirical but model description of broadband dielectric spectra.
