Intelligent Detection Technology and Engineering Application of High Voltage Circuit Breaker Based on One Key Detection

High voltage circuit breaker test is one of the most conventional electrical tests. Traditional test is restricted by wiring and detection mode, requiring manual wiring and repeated detections. It takes a long time with low accuracy and hidden safety dangers. Starting from optimizing wiring mode and innovating detection mode, this paper proposed an intelligent detection technology for high voltage circuit breaker based on one key detection. An intelligent detection device for high voltage circuit breaker is developed. Field application was also carried out. The average detection time of high voltage circuit breaker test is shortened from 65 to 7 minutes by using the technology and device proposed in this paper. The correct rate of one-time test increased from 88% to 99.8%.
