Radiation Range Evaluation of Grid Disturbance Sources Based on Voltage Vector Information

The increasing complexity and randomness of grid operation environment make it of great practical significance to realize real-time assessment of grid static stability based on wide-area measurement information. This paper describes an online node spatiotemporal linkage assessment using trajectory clustering to realize radiation range assessment of grid disturbance sources. The motion characteristics of the measured voltage vector trajectory information are firstly mined, and a new definition of the trajectory distance is proposed to fully characterize the trajectory features. A parameter-adaptive trajectory clustering algorithm is proposed to observe the similarity of voltage motion trends of nodes in different grid situations, so as to achieve the assessment of the influence range of specific nodes. The simulation of the IEEE 39-node system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
