Analysis method of MSCSG rotor deflection signal based on windowed interpolation FFT

Aiming at the problem that the interference noise in the output signal of Magnetically Suspended Control & Sensing Gyroscope (MSCSG) is not conducive to improving the sensitivity accuracy of MSCSG, a signal processing method of MSCSG based on windowed interpolation FFT is proposed. The method uses Hanning window and cubic spline interpolation function with high accuracy to process signals. It can not only effectively analyze noise and harmonics, but also restrain the interference caused by spectrum leakage. Finally, the experimental data is used to verify the method by off-line simulation. The simulation results show that the results processed by this method can effectively reflect the characteristics of MSCSG rotor deflection displacement signal, and better reflect the sensitivity of MSCSG.
