An Electromagnetic Compatibility Rectification Example of a Servo Sub-system

When a servo sub-system performs GJB 152A-97 test, the radiation emission exceeds the standard and cannot pass the limit value. This paper firstly proposed the composition of the servo sub-system. The main source of interference is located based on basic emission waveform theory, and the basic PCB is modified by adding power layers and modifying the wiring trace. The rectified servo sub-system meets the RE102 limit requirements.
