Computer Simulation of Plant Cell Plasmolysis Based on Physical and Mechanical Analyses

How to clarify the influence of genetic information on cellular activity has always been an open-ended question. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the stress upon a single plant cell by virtue of computer simulation technology, and attempt to explain the reason of plant cell plasmolysis from the perspective of physical mechanics. First, a three-dimensional geometric model of plant cell is established; secondly, the force of cell deformation is simulated based on Hooke's law; finally, the dynamic deformation process of the cell is rendered using C++ programming language and OpenGL graphics library. The computer model analysis of plant cells can provide a new approach to understand the deformation law of cell shape and the cell growth process.
