Analysis of Simulate Model Based on Servo Mechanism Simulation Device

Servo mechanism is the key control actuator in the control system. Its composition is complex and costly, and the process of test and test is tedious, which is not conducive to repeated testing. This paper proposes a servo mechanism simulation device for simulation, which is not conducive to repeated testing. The servo simulator consists of a servo controller and a PXI bus controller based mainly on NI hardware. The servo system simulation model mainly includes control algorithm module, actuator module, energy module and load module. Among them, the control algorithm module runs in the servo controller, and the actuator module, energy module and load module runs in the PXI bus real-time measurement and control system. Through the analysis of the system performance test results, all the data meet the requirements of relevant technical indicators. Compared with the test results of real products, the difference is relatively small, which can meet the requirements of use.
