Simulation Research of the Supply Pressure Load-sensing Valve Control System

To reduce the throttle noise of the valve control system working on the condition of variable load, a kind of hydraulic system called load-sensing valve control system was designed which the inlet pressure of the valve can adaptive to the load. Through the numerical investigation, the results indicated that the pressure of the valve of the load-sensing was approximate linear and direct proportional to the load. On the condition of large negative load, the pressure between the valve's two sides decreased fast, as a result it could reduce the throttle noise effectively. Compared with the constant supply pressure valve control system, the downside of the load-sensing valve control system was that the system's damping was less, so it was necessary to increase the damping to improve the stability through the correctly methods such as installing a damper.
