Study on Fuel Cell Vehicle Power System Selection and Simulation

Because of its free from contamination and zero emission, fuel cell vehicles which become a research hot in the field of electric vehicle overcome the defect of short trip range of mileage of the pure electric vehicle. At the same time, fuel cell vehicle is friendly to the environment and has high energy conversion efficiency, which the internal combustion engine car is not incomparable. Besides the fuel cell car still keep the performance of accelerating, high speed and long distance. It is necessary to research the powertrain of fuel cell cars. This thesis focuses on the model selection and parameters design of the power system of fuel cell cars. The power system components are modeled by MATLAB/SIMULINK, and the power performance of fuel cell vehicles and the operation of power system components are simulated and analyzed by ADVISOR under actual working conditions.
