Study on Human Simulated Operation and Intelligent Optimization Method of Mechanism Mathematical Model

It is a heavy workload in modeling for thermal equipment, and the parameter adjustment is usually repetitive. In order to improve the parameter debugging efficiency, a human simulated operation and optimization method is proposed based on virtual operation robot. On the platform of simulation support system (independent software), the simulation modeling and optimization process of designers are analyzed. The virtual operation robot is designed to simulate the designer's action in parameter adjustment, such as mouse and keyboard input. PSO algorithm is applied to get the best value of model parameters, its target is to minimize model error. This method is adopted to optimize model parameters of superheated steam system in power plant. The results show that the model error meets the specified requirements, and the parameter adjustment is done automatically during the process of model error calculation, computing new parameters and inputting parameters into model. It is a new human simulated operation and intelligent optimization method in model parameter adjustment, which realizes the automatic parameters optimization on independent software platform. It is able to replaces repetitive work of designer to some extent and reduces designer's workload.
