Reconfigurable Control Allocation Method Based on the Improved Grey Wolf Optimizer Algorithm for Aircrafts with Multiple Actuators

In this paper, a new reconfigurable control allocation based on the improved grey wolf optimizer (IGWO) algorithm is presented for the attitude control of aircraft with multiple actuators. Firstly, we introduce the ADMIRE model which is an aircraft with multiple actuators. And then, the control allocation method based on the IGWO algorithm is introduced. The method for improving the GWO algorithm is optimizing parameters and changing the position update formula. At last, for proving the useful of the IGWO, two conditions which the actuators are healthy or not healthy are both considered. The results show that the attitude control of aircraft with multiple actuators can be realized by this method.
