Power Quality Evaluation Based on Combinatorial Weighting Method & TOPSIS

Power quality evaluation is the precondition of power quality management. In this paper, the expert scoring method's weight distribution process has changed from average distribution to weighting distribution according to critic method to better reflect the opinions of most experts. At the same time, the critic method, which can reduce the sensitivity of weight distribution process, is introduced to obtain the objective weights. To get a more reasonable combination weights, the improved expert scoring method is combined with critic method to calculate the combinatorial weight. Then a comprehensive evaluation method based on combination weighting method and TOPSIS is established to sort the evaluation points. Finally, taking a typical case as an example, the power quality indexes' data is simulated to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. The results show that this model is in good agreement with the actual conditions.
